How do I remove a listing?

  • Simply send us an email and we will contact the business owner to validate the request.
  • A listing usually takes about 24 hours to be updated or deleted.


How do I update a listing?

  • Use the Get Listed form to submit a new listing.
  • Only fill out the answers that require updating and skip the questions that you do not wish to update.
  • Once we receive the listing we automatically search for any duplicates or spam.
  • If we are able to auto-verify the information is accurate then it will be published within 24 hours.
  • If we are unable to auto-verify the information, we will need to get in contact with the owner of the business to confirm the changes to preserve accuracy.
  • If you submitted the request and you are not the business owner, be sure to give them a heads up and let them know we will be contacting them soon to avoid delays in updating their business listing.


How will I know my verification request was received or completed?

  • You will receive an automated email confirming receipt of your request.
  • The automated email will include all of your answers.
  • After we contact the owner of the business and being or finish our verification process we will email the owner and the person who submitted the verification request.
  • Most verfications take up to 1 week to complete. Sometimes it may take longer if we are unable to get in touch with the owner of the business.


How can I cancel my verification request?

  • Simply us an email within 24 hours of submitting your verification request to qualify for a refund.
  • If the verification research has already begin, we will not be able to provide you with a refund.


Can I phone in my requests instead?

  • To ensure the accuracy of our webmaster directory website, and to avoid mistakes, we do not take phone orders.
  • The only phone calls we make are to verify information, but then we recap any changes or requests via email to have a paper trail of confirmation.
